BETHESDA, Md., Oct. 24, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TerraForm Power, Inc. (Nasdaq:TERP) (“TerraForm Power”) today announced that its indirect subsidiary TerraForm Power Operating, LLC (the “Issuer”), intends to begin marketing a $300 million secured Term Loan B (the “Term Loan”), subject to market conditions and other factors.
The Issuer intends to use the net proceeds of the Term Loan, as well as cash on hand, to repay the balance of its non-recourse portfolio term loan that was entered into in December 2015.
